I have detailed a timeline below for how these programmes work. To ensure this is a real success we have check-in points to make sure you are getting on well and go through further coaching. 

The first step is to fill out my Finding Out About You form, this gives me relevant information required to begin the process of helping you achieve your goal. I will then be in contact very shortly to discuss your plan.
